Randall Reed is the President, CEO and Founder of Reed Enterprises, which encompasses Starbase Jet, World Class Automotive Group and Reed Enterprises Love Field. Mr. Reed, along with his wife, Sherry, have built a highly successful organization based on the principles of hard work, honesty, treating people fairly and supporting communities, children, families and those who’ve dedicated their life to serving our country. Mr. Reed instills his solid philosophies, beliefs and morals throughout all facets of his operations and personal life.

Matthew JC has worked over 20 years in the advertising and film world and is a director and writer, known for, Light Up to Live (2017) and The Flipside with Michael Loftus (2014), Operation Rock the Troops (2014) and Devil Has My Ear(2013). Matthew is proud to lead an experienced team that knows how to get from 'point A' to 'point B' with integrity, under budget, and on time, a lost art in the advertising, media and entertainment world.

Jodie Morris is the Global Corporate Marketing Director for Reed Enterprises, which includes various entities in the aviation, automotive and therapeutic industries as well as many charities endeavors.
Energized by the company’s visions, Jodie leads Reed Enterprises’ relationships with its top marketers and agencies across numerous major markets and oversees a team of highly specialized individuals creating and deploying comprehensive marketing solutions for strategic impact. Jodie’s long career in the advertising industry includes nearly 25 years of tactical planning and brand management across an array of platforms including managing creative services, production, online marketing, corporate identity and branding, and promotional campaigns that include strategies for social media, print, radio, TV, cable, outdoor and direct mail.
Jodie is and enthusiastic go-getter whose passion for promoting business and relationships is only surpassed by her excitement for her husband, children and her 3 dogs.
Director of Business Development
As the Director of Business Development, Liz provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that Red Lux Productions has the proper momentum, key performance indicators, reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. She accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
Antonio Brazil is a graphic designer, web designer, web developer, sketch artist, musician and film maker. Antonio started drawing at a very young age and by growing up in a family of artists, printers and musicians, he was pre destined to follow in his family’s footsteps. As Art Director for Red Lux Productions, Antonio brings his 20+ years experience as a designer to propel RLP to new artistic heights.
Director of Photography/Senior Editor
Ian Sharar is a prodigy Director of Photography and Editor with experience in commercials, television shows, films, and music videos and has completed over 300 projects by the young age of 28.
Some notable projects include the "No Limits" campaign for Texas Motor Speedway, "This is the Place", CBS 11's Fall Promotions, Texas Rangers 2014 promotions, VP Racing Fuels Nationwide Commercial and "The Flipside with Michael Loftus" TV series.
For over a decade Producer Randi Potenzo has brought inspired vision and strategic insights to filmed productions from early days running camera at music and film venues like SXSW & Austin Film Festival to development of television programming and feature film scripts. By the time she was twenty she had co-authored an optioned a feature film script, and co-founded Dreamstream Productions, a video production company in Austin, TX. She co-wrote and produced “Austin Entertainment Live” an hour long television pilot showcasing live arts events in the city which attracted equity partnership with Omega Broadcast Systems, and a five night a week late prime time slot offer on METV. On returning to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to be near family, she pioneered the integration of short form video to the Fort Worth Weekly's web presence, generating new revenue streams from advertisers eager to be showcased on the site. Today she's one of Red Lux Production's creative collaborators developing new productions and film projects for the company and it's distributors.
